DO I NEED A
SITE SURVEY?
1. I am unsure exact size & placement of my sign-YES! We gather info to help determine and make recommendations on the best sizing & placement of the sign based on your available space. If exterior, we will consider zoning codes for sizing as well.
2. I want to match something existing-YES! Do you already have signs that you are wanting to match or coordinate with? It is helpful in matching material, fabrication methods, install methods etc if we can survey the existing signs, so we can get as close to them as possible.
3. My sign will be mounted on a building, pole or monument- YES! Any exterior sign that requires a permit will also need a site survey. When we apply for a sign permit, we must include measurements of your building, distance from roadways, maps of the site, height placement, and more. We gather this info during a site survey.
4. I'd like recommendations for needed directional signage- YES! We can walk your facility and make recommendations for signage based on helping your customers, employees & vendors navigate your building or property.
5. I want a seamless process-YES! Getting a site survey is the easiest way to make sure the sign process is seamless. We can identify any potential concerns & needs specific to your project from the beginning and avoid any mistakes, needed changes or unexpected issues down the road if we do a site survey.
