DESIGN & QUOTING
Our quoting and design process is all about clarity, accuracy, and bringing your vision to life. When you reach out for a sign, we begin by gathering all the details—your ideas, logos, colors, measurements, and project goals. From there, our team creates a detailed digital proof that includes multiple angles of your sign, clearly noted materials, exact sizing, and color specifications. When applicable, we’ll even show the design transposed onto the installation location and include install hardware and methods. Each proof comes with a written description outlining exactly how your sign will be built, and the quote we provide is based directly on that design—no surprises, just a clear, accurate picture of what to expect. We take special care to make sure every detail is documented so you can approve your project with complete confidence.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
1. PROJECT CONSULT- We gather details from you about your signage needs, functionality, branding requirements including preferred colors, fonts & vector files of your logo, as well as a brief description of your overall vision for your project. If necessary, we conduct a site visit to assess the best sizes, material & installation methods for your sign project. Not sure what options you need? Our team is happy to provide consultation services & recommendations based on our professional expertise. Once we have this info we are ready to quote & design!
2. PROOFING- Our Design Team put together an accurate visual drawing of your proposed project. We can make revisions and additional options as necessary to ensure we capture your vision & signage needs.
3. QUOTING- Our estimator will also send a quote which details very precisely all materials, sizes, methods, hardware aspects of your project. We provide line itemed quotes to allow you flexibility & option with proceeding with your project.
4. APPROVAL- One you are ready to approve the order, send us an email response. Our team will send over a request for a 50% deposit. At this time, not further changes are able to be made to the order.
