1. FREE Consultations/On-Site Visits
First, we will begin with a FREE personal Consultation to discuss the where? what? when? how? and whys? of your project. If needed, we will conduct an On-Site Survey for a better understanding of your vision. Through this process, we work patiently with our clients until we both have a full understanding of what your wanting to achieve.
2. Submit a FREE Estimate with our Competitive Pricing
Once we have achieve the desired goal we will then process a FREE estimate consisting of our very competitive pricing. At that point we will wait for an approval to proceed with the project.
3. Graphic Design/Layouts/Proof/Revisions
Our Graphic Arts Department can create, design and layout your projects into a professional working format. We can accommodate any revisions necessary to make your project as you imagined it. We then submit the proof for approval. We must have the approval in written form in order to proceed.
4. Place into Production
When the revisions get approved, we will write up a work order and send to the production team. The production team will manufacture your project with our best materials and care. At this time we will NOT be able to make any additional changes to the design.

5. Quality Assurance
At the time your project is completed, the office manger and production manager will conduct a quality assurance check for quality of the product and accuracy in the details. At this time the customer can either pick up the project, we can ship the project to the customer, or provide our professional installers to handle the installation. We then follow up with in a few weeks with our customers to assure they are happy with the service and product.
6. Professional Installation
Our expert installers are equipped with the experience and equipment to handle most projects, from exterior and interior signs to a full ADA sign package. With over 10 years of experience, we guarantee to install your product professionally, timely, and be cost effective. Our dedicated Installation Manager and team will ensure you have professional representation for your project.
